How to Speed Up Your Internet Connection
Go to the Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
Now click on Change Adapter Settings option on the left side of the screen as shown in the picture. This will open the Network Connection window.
Now in this window, you will see network connection options there. If you are using Wi-Fi or Ethernet as your connection, right-click on it and select Properties. In my case, I have selected Wi-Fi.

Now double click on the option ‘Internet Protocol Version 4 or IPV4.
Once you are there, scroll down and select “Use the following DNS server addresses”. By doing this, you will enable DNS servers fields. In the Preferred DNS server, type “22.214.171.124” and in the Alternate DNS server, type “126.96.36.199” and click OK.

Keep in mind that every internet provider provides with their own DNS servers but in many cases, it will be a terrible one. That’s why we are using a custom DNS server. Actually, this (188.8.131.52) is a DNS server by Cloudflare, a well-known DNS management service which is known for its fastest and most secure DNS servers in the world. So let’s add it to the field and experience a better and fast internet.
That’s it. Now open your browser and go to Speedtest.net which is a famous online internet speed testing tool and you will see a better speed in their results.
